The Challenge and Strategic Solutions

The primary challenge was to deliver a high-quality, modern, multi-unit office complex that would attract and secure long-term tenants, all while working on a highly visible fringe CBD property with limited space for construction logistics.

  • Premium Finish & Appeal: The building had to be designed and constructed to a modern standard, requiring attention to detail in the building envelope and interior finishes to meet the high expectations of commercial lessees like Government Property NSW and Barnson.

  • Site Management: We executed all civil construction and hardstand parking on a relatively compact 1518m² lot, requiring careful traffic management and efficient site logistics to minimize disruption to the main Market Street precinct.

  • Integrated Delivery: We managed the integration of Commercial Building elements (the four-unit complex) with Underground Utilities and Road Construction for site access, ensuring a fully functional and compliant facility upon handover.
