Mick enjoys boating and is a keen fisherman

With over 15 years of experience servicing clients through her own bookkeeping business, her extensive background includes more than 10 years in accounts, financial control, and regulatory compliance for BAWD and now Nextgen Civil. She efficiently handles finances, reporting to the director, accountants, ATO, and the management team.

Owner/Director of Odin Business Solutions, Scott delivers expert consultancy in ISO and WHS management systems and is responsible for the overall design, implementation, and rigorous auditing of NextGen Civil’s Business Management System (BMS). His role ensures our operational framework adheres to the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance (including alignment with ISO standards and the FSC Accreditation Scheme). Scott provides the critical oversight necessary to ensure all activities are risk-managed and efficient, providing confidence and assurance to our clients and stakeholders.
